Delete your Olmi account and data

You can delete your Olmi account directly from the iOS or Android app.

1. Open the Olmi app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Account Management.
4. Tap Delete my account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, Olmi starts deleting your account and associated data from active systems.

If you cannot access the app, email support@getolmi.com from the email address linked to your Olmi account.

Include a clear request to delete your Olmi account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

• Your account profile, including name and email address.
• Your plant records, care history, reminders, notes, and app settings.
• Your Olmi subscription entitlement record in our systems.
• Account-backed app data associated with your user ID.

We may retain limited records only when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial compliance purposes.

Subscription and payment records may also be retained by Apple, Google Play, or RevenueCat according to their own policies. Olmi does not store payment card details.

Deletion is intended to be permanent. If you only want to stop paid access, manage or cancel your subscription through Apple, Google Play, or the subscription tools available in the app.
