Olmi is built around a simple idea: plant care should not require handing over more data than necessary. You can start using the app without creating an account.

We collect the information needed to run your plant care experience:

• Account data: name, email address, and sign-in method when you create an account.
• Plant data: plant names, plant profiles, reminders, care logs, notes, and app settings you create.
• Subscription data: Pro entitlement status managed through RevenueCat. Olmi does not store payment card details.
• Support data: messages you send us when you contact support.

• To keep your plant care history, reminders, and settings available in the app.
• To create and manage your account if you choose to sign in.
• To provide Pro features such as unlimited plants, sync, and plant identification.
• To send transactional messages like verification emails and password reset emails.
• To respond to support requests and keep the service secure.

Olmi uses trusted third-party services to provide core app functionality:

• RevenueCat: subscription and entitlement management.
• Apple and Google: optional sign-in and app store subscription infrastructure.
• Plant identification providers: photo-based plant identification for Olmi Pro users.

These services process data according to their own privacy and security policies.

We keep account-backed data while your account is active or as needed to provide Olmi. You can request deletion at any time from the app or from our account deletion page.

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial compliance purposes.
